Dan's career started in the USAF Strategic Air Command (SAC) as and ICBM missile launch crew member. Later he became a sales engineer for the American Standard/ Mosler Corporation selling products used in construction, which led him into Real Estate. He loves being outdoors and experiencing nature, playing golf, fishing and hunting. Dan is a proud husband, father and grandfather with all of his family living in the Greater Charlotte Area.

I grew up in Western Lincoln County on my family’s dairy farm. I still live there today, but that dairy farm is now a poultry farm. Since a young child, the importance of hard work, dedication, and integrity has been instilled upon me. Living on a farm and being an active role in all the components that make a farm successful has taught me responsibility and sacrifice. For the past 23 years, I have been in education as either a teacher or an administrator. These experiences have afforded me the opportunity to handle difficult and stressful situations professionally and efficiently. In 2015, I got my Real Estate license and started working while in education. My experience and upbringing have prepared me to help others with one of the largest purchases of their lifetime.

I am passionate about building trust in relationships with my clients, listening to their needs, and helping them achieve their personal goals in real estate purchases. Many have said that I am very easy to talk to, approachable, and transparent which all, in my opinion, are important when assisting clients through the real estate transaction.

My favorite place to be anytime of year is the beach. I love spending quality time with my husband, adult children, and much younger niece and nephew.
